Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM IST (New Delhi). Each session lasts 45 minutes and costs ₹1,000. Please request at least 48 hours in advance and no more than 30 days ahead.
Available start times are read live from Dr. Komal’s calendar, but nothing is reserved: this form does not send or save anything you enter, and availability may change before submissions open. Appointments require Dr. Komal’s approval. When booking opens, Dr. Komal will review your request first. If she approves it, you will be sent payment details (UPI), and the appointment is booked only once your payment is received. The payment deadline is the earlier of 24 hours after approval or 24 hours before the appointment. The approval message will state the exact deadline in IST. Unpaid requests expire at that deadline; payment status is checked before the slot is released. Automatic cancellation is not currently active.

Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
No. Dr. Komal must approve the request first. After approval you will be sent payment details, and the appointment is confirmed once your payment is received.
How long is the consultation and what does it cost?
Each consultation lasts 45 minutes. The total payable is ₹1,000; Nature Namah is not GST-registered and does not charge GST.
Can I join from outside New Delhi?
Consultations take place online. Requested times are in India Standard Time. If you are outside India, confirm suitability and availability with Dr. Komal before booking.
Should I send medical reports with my initial request?
Please do not include sensitive medical records in your initial request. Dr. Komal can advise what information is relevant and how to share it.
